Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years, male or female; 2. Need to perform TKA surgical treatment due to knee osteoarthritis; 3. Normal cognition, speech and hearing, able to cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation therapy; 4. Vital signs are stable;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drug allergy, severe cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Preoperative history of long-term use of antidepressants or tranquillisers; 3. Those who have metal foreign bodies in the cranium and have significantly increased intracranial pressure; 4. Those with stents or pacemakers in the heart; 5. Patients with epilepsy; 6. People who have cochlear implants;
