Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing selective bronchial occlusion and one-lung ventilation thoracoscopic surgery; and age is less than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part I: (1) The ASA rating is Grade III or above; (2) Intraoperative inhalation anesthesia or spinal anesthesia; (3) intraoperative blood transfusion or use of vasoactive drugs; (4) Preoperative pulmonary infection, atelectasis or heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency or other systemic diseases; (5) In the case of changing to double lung ventilation during operation, the surgical field of vision was affected by hypoxia (SPO2<90%), one lung ventilation or other reasons; (6) Incomplete clinical data. Part II: (1) The ASA rating is Grade III or above; (2) Patients with heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; (3) refusing to participate in research projects.

Operation mode; Mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, inhaled oxygen concentration, inspiratory peak pressure, tidal volume, positive end-expiratory pressure, plateau pressure, minute ventilation and respiratory frequency before one-lung ventilation, 30 minutes after one-lung ventilation and 30 minutes after one-lung ventilation; Blood gas analysis of PH value, oxygen and index, carbon dioxide partial pressure;;Blood routine; Serum levels of inflammatory cytokines such as CRP, TNF-a, IL-1ß, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10.;Incidence of lung injury during operation and within three days after operation;
