Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3.Elective surgical abdominal surgery expected to be performed under total intravenous anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MAP>120mmHg before anesthesia induction 2. Any previous history of neck surgery or trauma 3. Severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade > A) 4. Patients with renal insufficiency (Scr>177umol/L) 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (NYHA>2, implantable pacemaker or cardioverter) 6. Patients with oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or oral angiotensin receptor blockers 7. Pregnant or lactating women 8. Lateral, prone and lithotomy operations 9. Patients who should not perform semi-decubitus position 10. Suspected elevated abdominal pressure (history and/or physical examination) affecting reliability
