Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition), the diagnosis was PD; (2) Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; (3) Age 40-80 years old; (4) PD disease duration =6 months, constipation =3 months; (5) The average number of spontaneous defecation per week is less than 3 times (according to the stool diary records of the patient in the past 2 weeks); (6) are not satisfied with the current constipation treatment or have not received constipation treatment; (7) in Hoehn-Yahr scale 1-4; (8) Voluntarily participate in this study, agree to undergo relevant examinations and treatments, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diseases of the blood system, malignant tumors or other serious life-threatening diseases; (2) diagnosed with schizophrenia, major depression, or cognitive impairment; (3) History of open surgery or anorectal surgery that may affect intestinal transmission (except hemorrhoid surgery); (4) Constipation caused by anal tumors, malformations, suspected intestinal obstruction or other organic diseases; (5) acupoint acupuncture cannot be performed due to skin diseases, limb defects or other conditions; (6) Participating in other clinical trials or receiving acupuncture treatment within 30 days prior to participating in the trial, which may affect the results of this study; (7) Acute gastrointestinal disease diagnosed within 2 weeks prior to treatment; (8) Allergic to lactulose or ketamine; (9) Pregnancy.
