Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range from 18 to 70 years old; It meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes issued by the World Health Organization in 1999; Stabilizer dosage of metformin (1500mg/d) for treatment for more than 8 weeks; Glycated hemoglobin 7-9%; Body mass index = 24kg/m2; The estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) is = 60 ml · min-1 · 1.73 (m2) -1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes (T1DM) and other types of diabetes; Accompanied by severe functional damage to important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; Pregnancy and lactation period; Accompanied by mental illness, immune system disease, or combined with acute and chronic infections, ketoacidosis, hypertonic coma, etc; Intolerance to metformin, Henggliflozin, or Liraglutide; Genital and urinary tract infections; Family history and medical history of medullary thyroid carcinoma; Have a history of pancreatitis.
