Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 11-13 weeks of gestation; (2) Have one or more of the risk factors for gestational diabetes: age = 35 years; BMI before pregnancy> 25kg/m; history of impaired glucose tolerance; polycystic ovary syndrome; family history of diabetes; History of unexplained stillbirth, stillbirth, miscarriage; history of delivery in macrosomia (birth weight 4000 g); history of fetal malformations and polyhydramnios; History of gestational diabetes mellitus; The fetus in this pregnancy is greater than the gestational age or polyhydramnios or recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pre-pregnancy diabetes; (2) have absolute or relative contraindications of physical activities during pregnancy: unexplained vaginal bleeding; Patients with cervical insufficiency; multiple pregnancies; Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or systemic disease such as systemic lupus erythematosus before pregnancy; History of recurrent miscarriage; history of spontaneous preterm birth; symptomatic anemia; gestational hypertension; Malnutrition; eating disorders; (3) Pregnant women who are taking metformin, corticosteroids and other drugs; (4) Persons with mental disorders (5) Have participated in other interventional research projects
