No minimum to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 18 years or older with fertility requirements (2) Diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or transvaginal (rectal) ultrasound as bilateral ovarian endometriotic cysts (3) Cyst diameter = 4cm (4) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are pregnant, lactating, or in menstrual period; (2) Patients with poor general condition, psychological or mental illness who cannot tolerate or cooperate with treatment; (3) Patients with severe bleeding tendency, taking anticoagulants, or having coagulation disorders; (4) Uncontrolled acute pelvic inflammation; (5) Cannot rule out cysts with malignant tumor lesions, or CA125 = 200U/ml, or HE4 abnormally elevated; (6) There is no safe puncture path, and even with auxiliary measures, it is still impossible to avoid important organs such as major blood vessels or intestinal tract.
