Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children undergoing radical operation of congenital heart disease under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Under 12 years of age; 3. General clinical data such as age, sex, weight and anesthesia grade are complete; 4. The family members of the children were informed about this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with chromosome diseases, genetic metabolic diseases, malignant tumors or other congenital diseases; 2. Recently complicated with major surgery history of other systems; 3. Combined with other congenital malformations; 4. Combined with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage or brain injury; 5. Combined cerebral palsy;6. Secondary heart surgery;7. Seriously affect the malnutrition or other children who do not meet the surgical conditions;8.Severe cyanosis.
