Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery for acute TBI; (2) Age= 18 years old; (3) Eligible for HFNC oxygen therapy: normal spontaneous breathing, and airway patency; (4) Male or female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA > IVE; (2) previous history of esophageal lesions and gastric surgery; (3) Have a history of nasal mucosal lesions, nasal surgery and trauma; (4) With the endotracheal tube into the operating room; (5) Poor postoperative outcome.
