Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Imaging and serological examination indicated spinal infection, and CT/ X-ray guided needle biopsy or open spinal surgery was planned. (2) Age: =80 years old (3) Gender: male or female (4) those who signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Participants who had participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks before the start of the study (2) patients without infection indicated by postoperative pathological examination and pathogenic examination (3) patients who failed to come to the hospital for reexamination at the prescribed time (4) patients with abnormal immune function
