40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Age 40-80 years old, 2). Oxygenation index less than 300, 3). Resection of lung lobe where VATS tumor is located. 4) Obtain patient cooperation, relevant informed consent and ethical consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Disturbance of consciousness; 2) Patients with tracheotomy; 3). Severe nausea and vomiting; 4). Hemoptysis or active bleeding; 5) Hemodynamic instability; 6). Mouth and nose deformity.
