Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Between the ages of 18 and 70; b) Patients who have come to our research group for medical treatment; c) Patients who have a single missing tooth in the posterior area undergoing implant restoration, and have adjacent teeth before and after the missing tooth position; d) Using ITI BLT to guide patients through the entire process of digital implantation guide plate; e) Complete and reliable patient data such as preoperative (T0) CBCT, guide plate, and oral scan STL files are available f) Good oral hygiene with no uncontrollable periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Incomplete imaging and clinical data b) Hematopoietic system, digestive system, or autoimmune diseases are all systemic diseases c) Pregnancy or lactation period d) Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day) e) History of head and neck radiation therapy within 5 years f) Untreated periodontitis, total oral bleeding, and plaque index = 25%
