Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who plans to receive PGT treatment in our center from January 2023 to January 2024 will be included. All these patients are invited to fill in the online questionnaire, including questions about whether they have been infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the past, the type of vaccination, the name of the manufacturer, and so on. The vaccination information of SARS-CoV-2 can be queried through (Shandong Electronic Health Pass - Vaccination Query; National Government Affairs Service Platform - SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination Information Query).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria include providing invalid information about SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination; Using donated sperm or oocytes; No oocyte recovery or cycle cancellation before fertilization treatment; Losing follow-up and other situations.
