Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the Department of Bone and Joint Surgery of Shenzhen Longgang Central Hospital who were planning to undergo unilateral arthroscopic elective surgery were selected as the study objects, ranging in age from 19 to 65 years old, regardless of gender, ASAI ~ II grade, BMI 18-30kg /m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Intraspinal anesthesia or regional anesthesia contraindicated; 2) Allergic to local anesthetics; 3) Dependence on or abuse of narcotic drugs; 4) Patients with poorly controlled diabetes, hypertension or heart disease; 5) sinus bradycardia; 6) Communication cognitive disabilities; 7) Abnormal serum indexes of interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-A (TNF-a) before operation;
