40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) CLASS I-III; (2) Age= 40 years; (3) Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer by pathology; (4) Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form; (5) Patients undergoing elective radical surgery for CRC, patients undergoing CT examination within 2 months before surgery and undergoing preoperative grip strength test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, and severe endocrine system diseases; (2) Patients with double upper limb amputation; (3) Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy or interventional therapy; (4) Patients with long-term antidepressant or psychotropic drug use or alcoholism; (5) Patients with psychiatric illness or communication disorders, or refusal to cooperate;
