Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnosis points of nonunion, and the fracture site has no signs of callus formation and fracture healing after 6-12 months of CT or X-ray imaging examination. 2. The age is between 18 and 70 years old. 3, Patients can cooperate to complete the treatment without obvious cognitive impairment, mental illness, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Accompanied by serious heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases 2.Coagulation dysfunction or disease taking anticoagulant drugs and thrombosis 3.Taking antispasmodic drugs, local injection of botulinum toxin, phenol or alcohol, etc. 4.Local tumor, immature bone tissue development; Local infection and skin ulceration 5.Those with severe atrophic nonunion with a bone defect greater than 2cm and unable to cooperate with the investigator.
