Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The clinical diagnoses that meet the criteria for coronary heart disease include asymptomatic myocardial ischemia, occult coronary heart disease, angina, myocardial infarction, and ischemic heart failure. Patients who are first diagnosed with coronary heart disease and require lipid-lowering treatment (2) are not limited to age, gender, or height. (3) Agree and sign the patient's informed consent form (4) taking atorvastatin as the only lipid-lowering medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding pregnant or lactating women (2) patients with moderate to severe liver disease (child pugh score B or C), (3) tumor patients and patients with mental disorders (4) patients who need to take other lipid-lowering drugs in the two weeks before and during the trial period (4) medication instructions clearly state drugs that affect atorvastatin metabolism (cyclosporine, erythromycin, gefeflozil, colesemide), (5) hyperlipidemia caused by concomitant drugs (6) ALT/AST values persist>3 times, accompanied by muscle symptoms.
