Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 and = 80 years old, gender unlimited; ? Outpatient or inpatient patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for stable coronary heart disease in the 2018 edition of the Chinese Medical Association's Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease; ? Sports hazards are classified as low or medium risk; ? Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Outpatient or inpatient patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute coronary syndrome; ? Uncontrolled hypertensive patients or those with a drop in blood pressure greater than 20mmHg and accompanying symptoms after standing upright; ? Severe aortic valve stenosis; ? Acute systemic disease or fever; ? Uncontrolled severe atrial or ventricular arrhythmias, uncontrolled significant sinus tachycardia (>120 beats/min); ? Uncontrolled heart failure, third degree atrioventricular block, and no pacemaker inserted; ? Active pericarditis or myocarditis, thrombophlebitis, recent thromboembolism, ST segment depression or elevation at rest (>2 mm); ? Severe motor system abnormalities that can limit exercise ability and other metabolic abnormalities, such as acute thyroiditis, hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, or insufficient blood volume; ?Patients who are unable to cooperate during pregnancy, severe mental illness, or dementia, or who are deemed unsuitable for enrollment by researchers.
