Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18~75 years old patients with dry eye
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical history of chalazion; 2. Previous history of eyelid surgery; 3. History of dry eye laser treatment in the past 6 months; 4, chronic eye disease patients with long-term point use of eye drops (except for patients with simple dry eye disease) : such as glaucoma, allergic conjunctivitis, viral keratitis; 5. Patients with mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, malignant arrhythmias, and dysfunction of important organs; 6. Systemic connective tissue diseases and serious autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, etc.; 7, the whole body and eye surgery history, trauma history or other diseases need long-term use of eye drops. 8. Since the uneven atrophy of meibomian glands could not appear when the atrophy of meibomian glands was severe, the glandular data of meibomian glands were all close to 0, so patients with atrophy of meibomian glands greater than 3/4 were excluded.
