Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pre-operative cardiac evaluation for patients with cardiovascular risks, including hypertension, hyper cholesterol, diabetes, and smock. 2)Evaluation of outcomes after stenting and CABG in patients with established coronary artery disease. 3) disable to exercise on the treadmill.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) asthma 2) greater than first degree atrial-ventricular (AV) block or sick sinus syndrome without electronic ventricular pacemaker, 3) slow baseline heart rate (less than 50 beat per minute, bpm), 4) low baseline systolic blood pressure (less than 90mmHg), 5) unstable angina within one week, 6) acute myocardial infarction within 30 days, 7) women with pregnant, 8) documented dilated cardiomyopathy with an large end diastolic volume (EDV> 300ml) of left ventricular or low ejection fraction (<20%).
