Observational study-Cohort study:Management by psychiatric specialist for pregnant women with depression

18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age =13 weeks +6; (2) Agree to participate in the study; (3)Willing to continue pregnancy; (4) Follow-up examination and delivery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwilling to participate in this study; (2)With mental retardation or with mental diseases before pregnancy; (3) Taking antidepressants before inclusion; (4) Do not follow the management process after inclusion, refuse psychological treatment, or do not follow the doctor's advice during psychological treatment.
