45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the pulmonary nodule group: 1) age =45 years old; 2) nodules in the lungs on imaging examination; 3) no signs of worsening of the lesions after 1 year or more of follow-up. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1) age =45years old; 2) no abnormal findings in imaging examinations; 3) no respiratory disease or symptoms such as cough and sputum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from benign lung diseases such as pulmonary infection, emphysema; 2) History of malignant tumors within 5 years; 3) Patients have the following metabolic diseases: bronchial asthma, diabetes, severe liver function damage, end-stage renal disease and acute stage of inflammation; 4) No informed consent was signed.
