Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea: (1) The main clinical symptoms are dull pain or spasmodic pain above the pubic arch before or after menstruation, and the pain symptoms generally last 1-2 days, and can also continue to the third day. (2) It may be accompanied by dizziness, weakness, cold limbs, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other accompanying symptoms, and even syncope in severe cases. (3) gynecological color ultrasound and other examinations exclude obvious organic lesions of reproductive organs. 2. Age 16-35 years old; 3. Regular menstrual cycle (28 students 7 days); 4. The average score of Visual analogue Scale (VAS) for dysmenorrhea in the past 3 menstrual cycles was =4; 5. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, adenomyosis or other factors confirmed by B-ultrasonography; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and mental disorders; 4. Irregular menstrual cycle and intermittent dysmenorrhea authors. 5. Refusing to participate in a registered investigator.
