Experimental group A:On the basis of evidence-based nursing scheme, the combination of Wenjing Tongluo prescription and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation
Experimental group B:The limbs moxibustion method was combined with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of evidence-based nursing scheme
Experimental group C:Experimental group A and experimental group B were combined

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients diagnosed by histopathology and/or cytology as gastrointestinal malignancies; ? Did not receive any chemotherapy regimen before, and received oxaliplatin chemotherapy regimen for the first time; ? Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (4) Predicted survival of more than 6 months and completion of at least 6 chemotherapy regimens; ?Karnofsky scores more than 60 points. Patients who meet all of these criteria are eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? A history of neuropathy; ? Patients with previous peripheral nerve function lesions (such as diabetes, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral nerve function lesions caused by trauma); (3) Patients with spinal cord compression syndrome, spinal canal stenosis or spinal nerve root compression, central nervous system tumor, Raynaud's syndrome, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic and renal insufficiency before chemotherapy without surgical treatment; (4) Pregnant, lactating women or mental abnormalities and do not cooperate with treatment; Are receiving other medications or radiation therapy that may cause peripheral nerve toxicity. The presence of hand and foot skin lesions (such as eczema) or a history of drug contact allergy.
