Dexmedetomidine group (E1 group):dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine for femoral nerve block
Dexamethasone group (E2 group):dexamethasone combined with ropivacaine for femoral nerve block
Control group (group C): the group on femoral nerve block with ropivacaine alone

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-65 years;? ASA I~III; ? BMI18~29kg/m2;? Elective knee arthroscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?refuse to perform a femoral nerve block;?bradycardia and conduction block;?coagulation dysfunction;?skin infection at the puncture site;?History of severe cardiopulmonary disease;? Patients with severe central or peripheral nervous system diseases;?History of severe liver and kidney diseases;? Long term chronic pain and related drug history;?The follow-up record of 48 hours after surgery was incomplete.
