Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery under general anesthesia in Xijing Hospital from September 2022 to July 2023; (2) children patients < 12 years old; 3.ASA grade ? or ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete case data; 2. Taking psychotropic or analgesic drugs; 3. Children with cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, neuropsychiatric disease, and hearing impairment;4.patients admitted to the intensive care unit after surgery; 5. The operation time was less than 1 hour.
