Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, 18-80 years old, breast cancer diagnosed by the Breast Cancer Clinical Practice Guidelines (2023.V4) published by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network or CACA Guidelines for Holistic Integrative Management of Cancer (2023), pathologically suggested to be hormone receptor-positive breast cancer (ER+ or PR+) 2. Receive at least hormone therapy more than 1 month. Such as, Tamoxifen, Fulvestrant, Anastroxa, etc. 3. The patient has one of the secondary symptoms in addition to the main symptoms of menopausal syndrome. Main symptoms: hot flashes and night sweats: an average of 7 or more times a day, with moderate or severe hot flashes and night sweats. Secondary symptoms include: sleep disturbance: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 7 points; fatigue: overall fatigue standard score = 3 points on the Fatigue Self-Rating Scale; depression: HADS-A score on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale Anxiety: A HADS-D score of =8 on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale is considered a depressive symptom. 4. Adhere to outpatient treatment for a long time and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any occurrence of any of the following items shall be excluded: 1. Those with a history of uterine surgery or bilateral oophorectomy, premature ovarian failure, gonadal dysplasia, etc. 2. Chemotherapy-induced amenorrhea =12 months, and continuous monitoring of FSH and estradiol during chemotherapy treatment is in the postmenopausal range. 3. Menopausal-like syndrome caused by the combination of multiple cancers. 4. Those combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic, endocrine system and mental diseases. 5. Those who have participated in other clinical studies in the past three months. 6. Those who are unconscious and unable to express subjective symptoms of discomfort. 7. Do not agree to sign the informed consent form
