Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of poor ovarian response: old age (=40 years old) or other risk factors leading to poor ovarian response; In the previous IVF cycle, the ovaries showed low response and poor response, and the number of oocytes obtained in the conventional protocol was less than 3. Decreased ovarian reserve (antral follicle count (AFC)<5 or anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH)< 0.5-1.1 µg/L). (If 2 of the above 3 items are satisfied). ? Had regular menstruation in the past; ? Patients who have not received growth hormone, DHEA, dexamethasone and other adjuvant treatment for POR in the past 3 months; ? previous IVF-ET treatment; ? Informed consent, receiving treatment and signing consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Congenital reproductive development abnormalities, organic diseases, such as gonadal atrophy, loss, dysplasia, etc.; ? Patients with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other systems and mental illness; ? The man suffers from abnormal spermatozoa and oligospermia; ? Patients with severe allergy to traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the past; ?Suffering from endocrine diseases and other factors, such as pituitary hypothalamic tumor, hyperprolactinemia, Cushing's syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc.; ? Family with serious genetic history; Have a history of contact with radioactive or toxic substances in work and life; ? immune infertility; ? Other drugs are being studied in patients.
