18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18-50 years old; Shoulder dislocations>=1, fear test (+); Hill-Sachs bone defect <20% and anterior glenoid bone defect <25% as calculated from CT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder infection; History of shoulder surgery; Multidirectional shoulder instability, spontaneous shoulder dislocation, and instability behind the shoulder joint; Other organic diseases or peripheral injuries that cause shoulder pain, such as acromioclavicular dislocation, rotator cuff injury, shoulder osteoarthritis, etc; During pregnancy or lactation; Currently participating in other clinical trials; Informed consent could not be obtained; With mental illness or cognitive impairment
