Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for the onset or remission of knee osteoarthritis; (2) Conforming to the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of wind-cold-dampness impediment; (3) Meet the criteria for musculoskeletal chronic pain; (4) 50 years old = age =80 years old, gender is not limited; (5) The informed consent process complies with the regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Osteoporosis or osteoarthropathy with obvious surgical indications, which cannot be treated conservatively; (2) There is skin infection or ulceration at the application site; (3) There is a history of allergy to this drug ingredient; (4) there is a neurological or mental illness can not cooperate with the use of drugs; (5) Researchers think it is not suitable for candidates
