Chronic insomnia

Interventions

Offline CBT-I group:Face-to-face cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CTB-I) was conducted weekly for 6 weeks.
Online CBT-I group:They watched CBT-I courses online and received weekly individual customized programs guided by researchers through the online system and were supervised by researchers for 6 weeks.
Treatment waiting group:No intervention was received for 6 weeks.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia, with a course of = 3 months; (2) Insomnia severity index (ISI)= 8; Pittsburgh sleep quality = 7; (3) 18 -75 years of age; (4) good compliance, know how to use smart phone software or have family members to guide the operation at any time; (5) Voluntary participation in the study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the presence of cognitive impairment; (2) moderate to severe depression or anxiety disorders, mental disorders; (3) Uncontrolled physical diseases; (4) those who work shifts or night shifts and travel frequently across time zones; (5) alcohol or drug abuse; (6) Other conditions affecting access to treatment
