Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) MHVR was performed for the first time under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass in patients with VHD combined with clinical manifestations and cardiac color ultrasound; (2) Age =18 years old; (3) The patient or the family caregiver can effectively use the mobile APP and sign the informed consent; (4) Primary school education and above;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cognitive dysfunction and mental disorders; (2) Patients with serious chronic diseases (kidney, respiratory, liver failure, malignant tumors, coronary heart disease, diabetes, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.); (3) Severe heart failure (heart function grade ? or above); (4) Not cooperating with research.
