60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing electroprostatectomy for the first time under elective intraspinal anesthesia; 2. Age 60 and above (including 60 years old); 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30kg/m^2; 4. ASA grade I-III; 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with hearing and visual impairments; 2.BMI = 30; 3.Individuals with contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 4.Severe hypertension (controlled with medication, still in stage III or above hypertension), heart failure (NYHA > II); 5.Severe bradycardia (requiring pacemaker, <60bpm); 6.Individuals with neurological or muscular system diseases, mental illness; 7.History of sedative, antidepressant medication use, alcoholism, and drug abuse; 8.History of severe cerebrovascular disease or complication after craniocerebral trauma (e.g., emotional disorders, language disorders); 9.Individuals with dexmedetomidine use contraindications; 10.Individuals who are unwilling or unable to communicate.
