Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy subjects: ? Age from 18 to 80; ? No previous history of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes, and no history related to vascular diseases such as transient ischemic attack, stroke and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; ? There was no obvious abnormality in carotid artery ultrasound; ? Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent. Inclusion criteria of subjects with carotid atherosclerosis: ? Age ranged from 18 to 80; ? The ultrasound results of carotid artery blood vessels meet the diagnostic criteria of carotid atherosclerosis; ? Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) can't stand alone with inspection requirements; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Patients with cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases or severe organic epilepsy and psychosis; ? Alcoholism and/or psychoactive substances, drug abusers and addicts; ? Those who refuse to cooperate, such as unconsciousness and language communication barriers; ? There are acute furuncle, acne, large area trauma, surgical scar, etc. in the temperature observation parts such as head, face, neck and chest, which may affect the local temperature; ? Patients with hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules and other thyroid diseases.
