Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Elective cesarean section in West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University, and consent to participate in the trial. 2: The patients, 20 to 40 years old, singleton, with gestational age =37 weeks, were scheduled for elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. 3: The 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) was normal, blood routine was normal, coagulation function was normal, and there were no contraindications to spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Pregnant women with artificial conception, unintended pregnancy, thyroid dysfunction and anemia, HIV or other infectious diseases, diagnosed with fetal abnormalities. 2: History of alcohol or drug abuse, other medical conditions that may be associated with neuropsychological impairment, such as major physical or neurological illness, head injury, substance abuse or dependence, and history of mental retardation. 3: Pregnant women treated with antidepressants who had been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorder, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia within 12 months prior to screening. 4: A major disease that may currently affect research participation or data interpretation, and those who are unwilling to participate in this trial. 5: Users of antibiotics and intestinal probiotics, patients with intestinal diseases, and those using topical anti-constipation drugs to assist defecation.
