Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years; ASA I to III; undergoing elective below-knee orthopedic surgery with tourniquet under general anesthesia .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ischemic heart disease, severe cardiac, liver or renal insufficiency; uncontrolled hypertension; long-term use of opioids, sedatives, or antidepressants; history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis; puncture site infection, allergy to local anesthetics, and tourniquet contraindications; tourniquet use time 150min; inability to communicate or refusal to participate in research.
