Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age is 13-17 years old, Han nationality, gender is not limited; (2) Diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the DSM-5; According to the NSSI criteria proposed by the DSM-5, we selected patients with at least 5 days of NSSI in the past year as the depression with NSSI group (MDD+NSSI). Patients with no NSSI or less than 5 days of NSSI in the past year were defined as the MDD-NSSI group. (3) Hamilton Depression Scale score =20 points; (4) Currently taking stable medication (dose fluctuation of less than 10% within 1 month, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers); (5) The course of disease and the number of episodes are unlimited, and can be accompanied by psychotic symptoms or suicidal thoughts; (6) Normal intelligence, good understanding, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently suffering from the following mental disorders: psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, compulsive disorder, severe panic disorder, substance dependence, mental retardation, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; (2) According to the judgment of the researcher, the current physical condition is unstable or the disease treatment is inadequate (such as epilepsy, hypertension, diabetes, etc.); (3) Severe excitement, impulsiveness or incompatibility; (4) Have participated in other clinical investigators.
