18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-80 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Patients with lumbar disc herniation who require lumbar disc nucleus pulposus removal surgery (single segment); 3) Individuals who have not participated in other clinical verifications within 3 months; 4) No acute infection, mental illness, or metabolic disorder of calcified tissue; 5) Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with acute or severe infections or active chronic infections; 2) Those who have undergone lumbar spine surgery and need to undergo revision surgery again; 3) Patients with metabolic disorders, immune dysfunction, and drug abuse in the body's tissues; 4) Patients with severe primary diseases or mental illnesses such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, etc; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) Patients are unwilling or unable to restrict activities or follow medical advice.
