18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects are adults(=18 years old); 2.Primary depression (refer to DSM-5 diagnosis), person whose HAMD-24 scores are higher than 35 is diagnosed as major depression; 3.Informed and consented to this study, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and substance abuse disorders; 2.Patients with epilepsy or traumatic brain injury; 3.Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction; 4.Patients who can not cooperate to complete the relevant scale assessment;
