Inclusion criteria: physicians in the Department of endocrinology and metabolism, nephrology (secondary and tertiary hospitals), internal medicine including endocrinology, metabolism and kidneys (secondary hospitals), general medicine (primary care hospitals)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: physicians who have worked for less than 1 year, interns, and graduate students
