Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 3-18 who were diagnosed with "spastic cerebral palsy" at Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2007 to May 2023; no gender requirement. (2) Case data and image data are complete; (3) No surgical treatment for cerebral palsy has been performed when the image data is collected, such as elective and heelectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not only spastic cerebral palsy, there are other lesions in the spine or pelvis, such as spinal tuberculosis, teaser syndrome, necrosis of the femoral head, etc
