Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The interview subjects were diagnosed as PCOS patients. The diagnosis was based on the recommended criteria established by the American and European Society of Reproductive Medicine in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 2003: ? Infrequent or absent ovulation; ? Clinical manifestations of elevated and/or high levels of androgens; ? Polycystic ovarian changes. If 2 out of the above 3 criteria are met, it is considered PCOS. In addition, the inclusion criteria for the study also included age between 18 and 37, the ability to identify and understand Chinese, and willingness to cooperate in completing the survey.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Male factor and female factor infertility caused by tubal factors or other female factors, endocrine diseases such as pituitary, thyroid, adrenal, etc., 2. Previous behavioral interventions including diet, exercise, and psychological interventions.
