Interventions

High intensity interval training:Cycling on a cycle ergometer, HIIT protocol consisted of a 2- minutes 50% VO2max intensity warm-up, 1- minute 90% VO2max high-intensity exercise interspersed with 1- m
Moderate intensity continua training:Cycling on a cycle ergometer, MICT protocol consisted of a 2- minutes 20% VO2max intensity warm-up, continuing 35-minutes 60%VO2max intensity cycling, ending with
Resistance exercise:Consisted mainly of six movements for the upper and lower limbs as well as the core muscles: dumbbell bench press, high pull-down, barbell squat, dumbbell pull-up, stability ball f
Empty control group:Maintain daily sedentary behaviour.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: over 18 years old, gender: no restriction, health condition: healthy, no history of major mental system or physical illness, no history of major surgical treatment; no use of antibiotics or antihypertensive drugs in the last three months; no foreign bodies (surgical steel nails, etc.); occupation: no restriction (junior high school diploma or above).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of cognitive impairment, peripheral or neurological damage, stroke or transient ischaemic attack, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, routine migraine or other neurological disorders; (2) Those with cranial trauma, internal pacemakers, stents, and other metal objects; (3) History of high blood pressure, heart and bone and joint disease, history of major surgical treatment; (4) Colour blindness.
