Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are intended to undergo painless gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy or treatment; 2) Age =18 years old; 3) ASA classification ? ~ ?; 4) Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Heart failure in the last 3 months; 2) Myocardial infarction occurred within the last 6 months; 3) Uncontrolled severe hypertension (SBP> 180mmHg and/or DBP> 120mmHg); 4) Severe arrhythmia; 5) Moderate and above anemia; 6) Other patients with elective surgery or anesthesia contraindications; 7) Patients who participated in other clinical studies during the same period.
