Interventions
Treatment group:Wenjing Tongluo Paste, 1 patch a day, every 12 hours, stick for 4 weeks
Celecoxib, 0.2g orally, 1 capsule once a day for 1 week. Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, taken orally, 1 capsule 3 times a day for 4 weeks.
Control group:Wenjing Tongluo Ointment and placebo were applied 1 patch a day, every 12 hours, for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria of KOA; ? Age 40-75 years old, gender is not limited; ? Kellgren-Lawrance (K-L) X-ray grading was used to grade I-III. VAS score 4-7 points; ? No steroid or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs were used within 3 months before enrollment, and no other related treatment was received; ? Patients who have signed informed consent and guaranteed to complete the treatment course and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? A woman who is breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; ? Have a history of multiple drug allergy; ? Severe primary diseases of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, nervous system, etc.; Patients with tuberculosis, vertebral deformity, malignant tumor and mental illness; Suspected history of sedative hypnotics, opioid analgesics and alcohol abuse; Patients with skin diseases and infectious diseases; History of gastric ulcer and gastric bleeding; ? Patients who should not or cannot use this treatment for other reasons; ? Patients with mental disorders, language disorders, motor dysfunction, mental illness can not cooperate.
