Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people aged 60 and above; 2. Residents of the intervention area; 3. Those who have no impact on their daily activities and are able to communicate; 4. Possess electronic devices with internet access; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with serious physical illnesses; 2. Individuals diagnosed with mental illness; 3. Individuals with severe visual and hearing impairments; 4. Parkinson's patients; 5. Elderly dementia patients; 6. Refuse to participate in this study.
