Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with AVS were diagnosed by ultrasound; ? Age =18 years old; ? Patients and their family members agreed to participate in the study voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with other heart diseases, neuropsychiatric diseases, organic brain diseases, metabolic or endocrine diseases have not been effectively controlled; ? Visual impairment/color blindness unable to complete the cognitive assessment; ? Patients who took antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotics within two months before admission; ? Severe malnutrition, infection, drug or alcohol abuse, irritable bowel syndrome, and inflammatory bowel disease in the last 1 year.
