Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic nonspecific neck pain, aged between 18 and 55 years; ? Visual analog scale VAS=3 points; ? Right-handed; ? no treatment related to neck pain in the past 3 months; ? Agree to participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent; Control group: Control group: ? Healthy controls were age-, sex-, height-, weight-, and BMI-matched; ?No symptoms of neck pain in the past six months; ? The head and spine have not undergone surgery; ? Right-handed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neck pain group: ?Cervical spine congenital malformations, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, fractures, tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatism, immune/inflammatory diseases and other definite spinal related diseases caused neck pain; ? Clear history of spinal trauma, surgery, serious osteopathic diseases such as osteoporosis; ? In the past 3 months, lumbar pain, knee pain, ankle sprain, vestibular dysfunction, otolithosis and other diseases that may cause postural stability disorders; ?Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases or other serious diseases of the system; ? Cognitive dysfunction, unable to understand instructions; ? Currently taking sedation, anti-depression, anxiety, anticonvulsant drugs; ?
