Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18 years - 80 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes, and clinically classified as type 2 diabetes. According to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition)" , the diagnosis of diabetes can be confirmed if the following characteristics are met: ? Presence of typical symptoms of diabetes (including irritability, polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss); ? Random blood glucose = 11.1mmol/L or fasting blood glucose = 7.0mmol/L or OGTT 2-hour blood glucose = 11.1mmol/L or HbA1c = 6.5%. Note: If there are no typical symptoms of diabetes (?), a re-examination on another day is required to confirm (?). (3) Agree to and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; (2) Patients with diabetes who have acute complications or poorly controlled blood sugar: HbA1c > 9.5%; (3) Those with severe chronic complications of diabetes (severe diabetic nephropathy, severe neuropathy, severe diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, lower limb arterial occlusion); (4) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, severe arrhythmias, non-stable cerebrovascular accidents, orthostatic hypotension, etc.; (5) Those with unstable blood pressure control =160/100mmHg; (6) Those with a history of other critical illnesses, including severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, severe lung disease, lupus, etc.; (7) Life expectancy not exceeding 5 years (complicated by malignant tumors and poor disease control); (8) Pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant within the next 12 weeks; (9) Participants with other conditions expected to prevent completion of intervention and follow-up; (10) Participation in other clinical trials in the past 4 weeks; (11) Inability to engage in physical activity and other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
