Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-50 years old; BMI = 22 kg/m2 or waist circumference = 85 cm for men and = 80 cm for women, in good health, with good lifestyle habits, no bad habits, cooperating with the study, women not pregnant, no food allergies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Weight loss of more than 4.5 kg in the past two months. Diagnosed diabetes mellitus (fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L, and symptoms of diabetes mellitus such as polydipsia and polyuria and polyphagia); Confirmed hyperlipidemia (total cholesterol = 5.72 mmol/L, triglycerides = 1.70 mmol/L, LDL cholesterol = 4.14 mmol/L, HDL cholesterol = 1.04 mmol/L); BMI = 30 kg/m2; Taking any medication known to affect lipid or carbohydrate metabolism such as glucose reduction, fat reduction and weight loss drugs; Tumor-related diseases; Thyroid-related diseases; Abnormalities in liver and kidney function; Inability or unwillingness to consume the test diet during the study period; Participating or planning to participate in other clinical studies; Excessive alcohol consumption Smoking habit
